What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms:
- Claiming a church listing: your name, role, email, optional phone, and the church's name, city, state, and website.
- Posting early access: your name, email, and optionally your church's name.
- Posting a ministry job: the church's name, the role details you write, the city and state, and a contact email.
- Jobs notification list: your email.
Browsing the site requires no account and no form. Our pages set no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent to our application service at social.churchposting.com and stored in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend, our email provider. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service.
What we do with it
We use your information to do the thing you asked: verify a claim, publish a job posting, or email you when something you signed up for opens. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone beyond the service providers named above.
Church listings are public information
Directory pages show information churches publish about themselves: name, address, service times, website, and facts drawn from the church's own site. If your church's listing is wrong, or you want it removed, email hello@churchposting.com and we will correct or remove it.
Your choices
Email hello@churchposting.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within two business days.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
